Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount varies by service and will be deducted from the final price.Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations or no-shows. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may incur a late fee or may need to reschedule and will lose their deposit. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
